Had a great Xmas stay here! The wifi was great, perfect for streaming our favorite holiday movies. Plus, the location was unbeatable - right next to the mall, so we could do some last-minute Xmas shopping. Best of all, we got a free upgrade to a spacious 1-bedroom suite, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the holiday festivities.

It would have been nice to take a dip and unwind after a day of Xmas shopping. But overall, it didn't dampen our Xmas cheer, as we had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were pristine and offered the perfect relaxation after a long day in the city. the room was well, appointed with exclusive facilities such as private balconies, plush bedding, and high, end toiletries. the restaurants on site were top, notch, offering an array of delicious dishes.

this was easily remedied by taking a short taxi ride or utilizing the nearby public transportation.

Fraser Suites Sydney offers a great location, just a short walk from Town Hall or Museum stations. It is conveniently close to a supermarket for all your children's supplies and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay for families, and the friendly staff ensures a pleasant experience. the hotel offers excellent facilities such as a gym and swimming pool, perfect for keeping the kids entertained.

Some guests have mentioned that the furniture in the rooms could use some updating.

During my recent stay at Fraser Suites, I was kinda surprised by the attention to detail and level of service provided. The staff at check-in were efficient and cute, making me feel immediately at home. The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was well-presented and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy and provided a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the helpfulness of Samantha at check-out, were pretty good to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Fraser Suites for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sydney CBD.

The general upkeep of this hotel was not up to par, with a minor issue being the cleanliness of the carpet. Despite this, the staff was prompt in remedying the situation, providing assistance beyond our expectations.
